ENROLMENT PROCESS
Holistic learning for a living world
Welcome!
Earthsong Eco School is a small, private, nature-based learning program designed to nurture the whole child; emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively. Enrolment at Earthsong is a considered process, ensuring that children, families, and the learning community are aligned for the best possible outcomes.
IS EARTHSONG THE RIGHT FIT?
Earthsong is not casual baby sitting, childcare or mainstream kindergarten. Earthsong Eco School is a professionally designed, holistic, nature based, alternative educational pathway. Our school's program is boutique, limited in size, and deeply relationship-based. Children thrive here when they are ready for a calm, nourishing, small-group environment, and families are committed to a shared, long-term educational journey.
Before you enquire, we encourage you to reflect on whether your child and family align with the Earthsong approach.

YOUR ENROLMENT JOURNEY
Step 1 – Explore Earthsong Eco School's Vision & Philosophy
Our comprehensive website and social media platforms outline Earthsong’s philosophy and educational vision. We highly recommend reading it carefully before moving forward.

Step 2 – Consider Readiness
Earthsong is best suited to children who are ready to separate confidently, engage in small group learning, and follow simple routines. For children who need additional support with transitions, a supported transition option is available.
Step 3 – Submit an Enquiry Form
Once you’ve reflected on readiness, complete our enquiry form. Each enquiry is reviewed individually to ensure alignment with our program.
Step 4 – Conversation or Meet and Greet (off site)
We may invite you to a brief conversation or meet and greet to discuss your child’s needs and expectations. Not all enquiries require this; we carefully select families who will benefit most from Earthsong.
Step 5 – Offer of Place
Places are limited and term-based. Offers are made once we have confirmed the child’s suitability and readiness, ensuring continuity and quality of experience for all children.
